Hello, and welcome.
I’m Thuy, the soul behind the blog, also a lover of earth – trees, moss, insects, fallen leaves, bugs, almost all of them.
I make things with my hands and write when words find me: poems, reflections, stories from my wanderings and little notes on moving through life’s seasons with curiosity and openness. This is also where I share my creative life: behind-the-scenes glimpses of my craft projects, handbound journals, my online shop, market updates and whatever I’m currently making.
More than anything, this is a place for slowing down. A small corner of the internet where I practice paying attention, learning to dance with life as it unfolds and collecting moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
If you’ve found your way here, I hope you feel welcome to wander for a while.

And if Mary Oliver is your favourite poet, we’ll probably get along 🙂
Just be,
Thuy

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting–
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.Wild Geese | Mary Oliver
