[SOLD] “Fern Hill” | A6 handmade journal

Description

I found this piece of fabric while strolling through an op shop in town. I fell in love with it at first sight (and perhaps at first touch) and decided to bring it home to make book covers. This is the second journal I’ve made with it. The first one was for a friend I once crossed paths with.

I only use secondhand and leftover fabric for my handmade journals. I have been finding small ways to repurpose and give new life to the old things others have left behind. It gives me joy thinking about how this fabric has passed through many hands and stories before becoming part of this journal and how its journey might one day continue in someone’s life story.
